Ralph - Owner & Founder

Ralph is the owner & founder of Intermountain Precision Machine, Inc. He is very dedicated to his customers and his employee's.  He has 23 years of machining experience in all the major manufacturing industries. Ralph has worked passionately and tirelessly to grow in to one of the leaders in our industry.

Danielle - Office Manager

Danielle is the one behind the the scenes, the one that greases the squeaky wheel so to speak. She ensures that our customers needs are met and the business is running smoothly. Danielle has been with IPM, Inc. since 2009.

Lexy - Accounting

Lexy is responsible for the growth of our company from a financial stand point. She also assists Danielle in making sure the company is running smoothly. Lexy has been with IPM, Inc. since 2011.

Rex, Quality Assurance Manager

Rex is our Quality Assurance Manager, the one that makes sure our customers specifications are being met and the parts are ready for shipping. Rex has been with IPM, Inc. since 2008.
